Youth & Family Services Department

The Youth and Family Services Department provides Asian youth and families guidance and support as they adapt and integrate into American society. AACS works to reduce risk factors, discourage negative behaviors, and promote a positive environment for youth and families to become healthy, contributing members of a larger community.



Family Support Program


The Family Support Program (FSP) is a program which helps Asian immigrant children and families who have experienced any types of violence :


  • Domestic violence
  • Sexual Assault
  • Human trafficking
  • Hate Crime



FSP provides help through culturally sensitive case management , referral services and emotional support, focusing on Asian families residing around the central Ohio region.

GenerAsian NeXt Youth Leadership Conference


The GenerAsian NeXt youth conference empowers Asian American teens to develop their leadership skills, increase self-esteem and social skills, and realize their potential as students, Asian Americans and members of the community.





Healthy Asian Youth (HAY)

Healthy Asian Youth (HAY) is an afterschool and summer program that provides tutoring, mentoring, leadership training, and other educational services to students in grades K-12. HAY offers reading, mathematics, art, and computer enrichment classes for grades K-6, and violence prevention programs, college and career workshops, and SAT/ACT preparatory classes for grades 7-12.

Summer HAY


Summer HAY is a six-week summer program held annually to increase knowledge on science and health. Summer HAY is also about going on field trips and having tons of fun with friends and mentors, so don't forget to register next year!
